We are not crisis therapists and are not available 24/7.

However, we want you to know that there are resources available if you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis.

National Services:

You can call 988 (suicide crisis line) or 911 (police, fire, medical help). There are also other national services available if you need help:

Services in Austin:

Integral Care is the local mental health authority. They have a crisis line as well as a walk-in urgent care clinic for adults and children experiencing a mental health crisis. More info here.
